Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspects of the services provided by our Company, first please contact our Customer Experience Department and/or your Client Relations Manager as the great majority of customer complaints can be dealt with and resolved at this level.

If your complaint has not been resolved, you may submit your complaint to our Compliance Department. The Compliance Officer will impartially handle all complaints received and any actions taken shall be in accordance with our Company’s Complaints Handling Procedures, which is available on our website. Please note that you can find the Complaints Form in the Members Area.
